The Australasian Railway Association (ARA) collates diversity data from its member organisations to gain a greater understanding of gender diversity across the Australian rail industry.
The information included in their 2021-2022 Gender Diversity Report allows the rail industry to benchmark itself against other sectors. By identifying areas of success it will assist with the development of future initiatives that address gender diversity and support workforce inclusion.
